30.1.11

Spin, spin

Comes daybreak, goes twilight
Young doves fall, and take flight
Tides rise, tides fall,
Comes once again the day’s first light
Go in cycles all in all

Time; simply weakness and superficial,
All bounded in this enclosure, artificial;
A result of human frailty,
Withered will, blossoming fear made official
Unknown, we fear; why time made deity.

World, in simplest sapient description,
Revolving cycles of life, under God’s contemplation
New waves appear, old waves fade
A natural meaningless rotary of His creation,
You exist as an adhesive joint, in this gyrating parade

Live to exist, live to swirl
Be another wave of the magnificent spiral.
